REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR DOING VIDEO/PHOTO SHOOT WITH ME:

1) MUST BE A BLACK MALE 30 Y/O OR ABOVE!!

2 )IN ORDER TO BE ELIBIBLE TO CO-STAR WITH ME, YOU MUST PROVIDE ALL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION THAT WE REQUIRE . (See Below) This is your Official Participants Application. You will NOT RECEIVE ANY REPLY OR CONSIDERATION UNLESS YOU HAVE PROVIDED THIS INFORMATION TO US (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!!

3) If selected to do a shoot with me, You Will be required to Complete a Model Release and Submit Proof of Age as required by Federal Labeling and Record Keeping Law (also known as 2257 form)

4) Interested applicants must be willing to Travel to the Location where the shoot is being held. (Normally in NC/VA/ area)

5) Must be Clean and D&D free, and willing to provide proof upon request, made by any participant who may request such info. Must agree to abide by DLV Productions "Code of Conduct Rules" which include being Sober, professional, considerate and courteous at all times. (each selected participant will receive a full copy of our DLV Code of Conduct and General Rules)

6) My husband (Gary, of DLV Productions, Who is 110% STRAIGHT) Handles the selection of participants for our shoots and handles all arrangements concerning the scheduling and location of shoot, as well as doing the videotaping of the shoot. In addition, he will also email each chosen participant a "SCRIPT CONTENT OUTLINE", which basically is a simply "outline" of the content we will be video taping (positions, scenes, etc). This REQUIRES THAT INTERESTED APPLICANTS HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND CORRESPOND "ONLINE or BY PHONE" IN ORDER TO WORK OUT THE DETAILS OF THE SHOOT. *Note: Please understand that Gary coordinates between all participants, and does all of the arrangement work, including emailing The Driving directions to the shoot location, and exchanging of cell phone numbers (TO BE USED TO STAY IN CONTACT ON DAY OF SHOOT , WHILE TRAVELING TO THE SHOOT LOCATION). So you will need to have the ability to communicate and work out the arrangements with him.

7) Once you have submitted all of your participants application info, THOSE BM(s) WHO ARE SERIOUSLY INTERESTED SHOULD send email to Gary at : master@downlovideo.com and keep him advised of WEEKEND DATES THAT YOU WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO SHOOT VIDEO WITH ME. ***YOU MUST ALLOW AT LEAST ONE WEEK PREVIOUS NOTICE IF YOU TRULY EXPECT TO BE CONSIDERED.

8) Please understand IF YOU HAVE AGREED AND COMMITTED TO DO A SHOOT WITH ME, AND YOU BACK OUT AT THE LAST SECOND OR WITH VERY LITTLE PREVIOUS NOTICE…..YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM OUR DATABASE OF OFFICAL APPLICANTS, AND BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE CONSIDERATION! WE ALSO HAVE MANY CONTACTS AND SOURCES WITHIN THIS "NICHE" AND IF WE ARE STOOD-UP , WE WILL WIDELY ADVISE OTHERS WITHIN THIS "NICHE" OF YOUR LACK OF DEPENDABILITY AND SERIOUSNESS TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH YOUR COMMITMENTS!!
